Land rover defender 127 & 130
The largest Defender model made, starting life as a stretched 110" called the 127". Early units were all made specially for fleet or government purposes. These models make fantastic service vehicles for work applications and easily convert to expedition vehicles with lots of room for passengers and gear. The extra plating on the frame gives the added pay load. 2300kg unladen and 3400kg laden with a train gross weight of 6400kg. Very early model's are underpowered with the 2.5td so we tend to advise a conversion to a 200tdi or 300tdi.
